Skill Development Programs

We provide vocational training and skill-building workshops in tailoring, computer literacy, handicrafts, and other trades to empower youth and women with employable skills. Our goal is to enable economic independence through skill enhancement.

Women Self-Help Groups (SHGs)

We encourage and support women’s SHGs that promote self-employment, financial literacy, and local entrepreneurship. These groups run small-scale businesses like pickles, papad, sewing, and handcraft products.

Rural Employment Support

We work closely with local administrations and partners to connect rural communities with government employment schemes like MGNREGA, and we also help individuals start micro-businesses with proper training and mentorship.
