At Prem Foundation Bharat, we believe that empowering women is essential for building a just and progressive society. Through our Skill Development Initiative, hundreds of women from underprivileged and rural backgrounds have been trained in areas like tailoring, embroidery, beauty care, handicrafts, and basic digital literacy.

These programs not only provide technical skills but also enhance confidence, self-reliance, and financial independence. Each workshop is conducted by certified trainers, with hands-on learning and real-time practice to ensure participants gain employable expertise.

One of our recent workshops in Prayagraj saw the participation of over 150 women, many of whom have now started their own small businesses or secured jobs in local garment units and service centers. These success stories are a testament to the transformative power of opportunity and education.
